Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties across commercial and/or residential properties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, hallways, and common areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment
- Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Requirements:
- Prior professional cleaning or janitorial experience required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
